About Kaylah Hilliard,
Certified IAT Coach
Coach Kaylah has been a teacher for over 20 years, and since her discovery of Attachment Theory 6 years ago, she has devoted her passion for teaching toward helping others heal and create healthy relationships. Kaylah is a survivor herself of significant childhood trauma, domestic violence, and narcisistic abuse, and understands the long and challenging journey of healing on an intimate level. These experiences have gifted her with a depth of compassion and a lense of non-judgement that she brings to support others as they grow through life's toughest challenges. Kaylah holds a certification as an Integrated Attachment Theory, ICF Accredited Relationship Coach, and hopes to return to school soon to pursue her MFA in Somatic Counseling Psychology.
The EQ Breakthrough method is rooted in the philosphy that we are capable of acheiving everything we desire when we can take inventory of the core beleifs that hold us in behavioral and relational patterns that do not serve us. Using the power of the subconscious mind, you can overcome unwanted patterns in our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. These science-based tools can and have been proven to greatly reduce anxiety and panic attacks, neutralize triggers, and improve emotional regulation.
What is an EQ Breakthrough?
"EQ" Is the emotional equivalent of "IQ". It is one's ability to perceive, understand, comprehend, and manage their emotions. Every breakthrough of limiting patterns takes you one step closer to thriving. Your program is designed to help you breakthrough during and in-between sessions. My goal is to help as many people as possible to find at least one breakthrough every day! With daily posts and regular videos these breakthroughs are available to the public, but with a customized program these goals will be tailored to your unique attachment style and areas of focus.
