TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to EQ Breakthrough Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a coaching session, purchasing a product, or accessing our services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. COACHING SERVICES

We offer personal coaching services including one-on-one sessions, group coaching, courses, workshops, and related content. Coaching is a supportive, goal-oriented process and does not replace therapy, medical care, or legal advice.​

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Actively engage in the coaching process.

  • Be honest about your goals and challenges.

  • Accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information shared during coaching is confidential, unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm, legal obligation). Group coaching clients agree to uphold confidentiality among all participants.

4. SCHEDULING  AND CANCELATION POLICY

  • Sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your session.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full or result in forfeiture of the session.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • Payment is required in advance for all sessions and products.

  • We accept [list payment methods].

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions, packages, or digital products once delivered or accessed.

6. PRODUCT TERMS

Digital products (e.g., courses, workbooks, downloads) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute our content.

  • Modify or claim ownership of any materials provided.

We are not responsible for technical issues on your device or platform compatibility. Please ensure your system meets any technical requirements stated before purchase.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We make no guarantees about your personal or professional outcomes from coaching or using our products. Success depends on individual commitment, circumstances, and application of the material. You are responsible for your results.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and resources provided by EQ Breakthrough Coaching are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use them for personal use only and may not copy, share, or distribute without written permission.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate any coaching relationship or product access due to inappropriate behavior, violation of terms, or misuse. Any refunds are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) resulting from your use of our services or products. You agree to use our offerings at your own risk.
